We’re looking for a Freelance Digital Project Manager to join our team here at Vixen Labs. Reporting to the Head of Production, you’ll be responsible for leading at least one global account and delivering multiple projects for that client. As a Freelance Digital Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, and play a key role in the successful delivery of digital projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the delivery of multiple digital projects for one of our global accounts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Work with the Head of Production to ensure project plans are in place and kept up-to-date, and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Manage and motivate project teams, including developers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to ensure they are aligned to the project goals and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with project briefs, scope, timeline and budget.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that all project expenses are properly tracked and invoiced.
- Conduct risk assessments and take necessary steps to mitigate project risks.
- Manage project change requests and scope changes, communicating these to the client clearly and concisely.
- Ensure project documentation and status reports are regularly updated and maintained.
MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in a digital project management role (minimum of 5 years), preferably within an agency or digital studio environment. Ideally, you will have a broad digital background with specific experience in app / mobile / web builds.
- Experience managing global accounts and delivering multiple digital projects.
- Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and management, budget management, and scope management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing project teams of developers, designers, and copywriters.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Trello or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing voice technology projects such as Alexa skill builds
- London-based and able to attend in-office meetings/work days when required
